Sales Coordinator for Business Development Center (Hours are anywhere from Mon-Sun 9am-7pm)



BMW and MINI of San Francisco is currently looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to assist in day-to-day phone operations of our Business Development Center. Responsibilities will include making out-bound campaign calls, taking all in-bound sales calls, meeting monthly objectives, Internet Sales, follow-up Customer Satisfaction calls, and other exciting marketing campaign initiative tasks!

• A Sales Coordinator is responsible for creating sales opportunities for your dealership. Opportunities are created via interactions with clients through phone, email or postal mail contacts.
• Achieve a high level of repeat customers by ensuring the service provided exceeds customer expectations in all respects.
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the ownership period by using CRM and service communication systems.
• Work to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction so that the customer satisfaction index is above the national average.
• The majority of a Sales Coordinator's work will be comprised of the following activities:
• Inbound sales calls
o Scheduling appointments
o Answer customer inquiries
• Telephone-based outbound sales calls and campaigns
o Appointment confirmation calls (CAFUs)
o Appointment "no-show" follow-up calls (NOFUs)
o No appointment follow-up calls (NAFUs)
o Unsold Floor Traffic calls (USTs)
o Showed Appointment Follow Up Calls (SAFUs)
o Regularly Scheduled Call Backs (SCBs)
o Internet Lead Follow-up calls
o Lease Expiration/Lease Retention
o Business Reply Card (BRC) lead follow-up
• Other outbound sales calls and campaigns
o Email communications
o Postal mail communications
o "Thank you" cards/emails/letters
o Other mail campaigns
• Additional customer contacts
o "Live chat" capabilities on dealer websites
o Surveys
• Achieve goals by meeting targets:
for sales department appointments generated.
• Provide a high level of support to the new and used vehicle sales, service and parts operations by ensuring their business development needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote sales, service & parts departments by conducting marketing campaigns and promotional programs in an effective manner.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Skills / Experience


•Automotive knowledge and experience a plus or trainable on BMW product line.
•Prior experience in a call center, sales, retail, customer service and/or reception highly preferred
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Customer contact experience required.
• Outgoing and patient personality with good customer relations ability.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems, (R/R computer system preferred, as well as proficiency in the use of Excel and Word programs)
• Professional personal appearance
